A haven of relaxation on the banks of the Verdon 7 minutes walk from the village and hiking trails, 5 minutes by car from the Seignus ski resort, and 15 from La Foux, 5 minutes walk from the Allos leisure center.

Quietly located in the lower building of the Résidence Le Verdon. Not overlooked, it overlooks the rear of the building. You'll enjoy completely disconnecting!

Important information: In order to offer the best rates, I have decided not to charge for linen or cleaning services. For the comfort of all guests, I therefore ask that you bring your own sheets and towels, and clean the property before leaving. If you prefer, we have partners who can clean your property before your departure and/or provide linens. Please let us know when you book so we can arrange this. Duvets, pillows, and mattress/pillow protectors are provided.

The 20m2 studio opens onto a corridor with a large storage cupboard and a separate toilet.

A door opens onto the main room comprising:

- For sleeping: 2 BZ sofa beds (140x190 cm). Each sofa can be folded or unfolded, making the space flexible according to your needs.

- The kitchen opens onto the living room with 2 electric hotplates, a top fridge, a microwave oven, a raclette and fondue machine for 2, a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

- The lounge area with television, coffee table, board games

- The dining area with table and folding chairs for 4 people

- Additional storage cupboards around the bed.

- The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bathtub to relax after days of skiing or hiking.

- Finally, a large terrace will allow you to relax in the open air on the deckchairs, and to have meals and evenings outside in fine weather.

The village of Allos is ideally located, less than 2.5 hours from Nice and Marseille. The village is lively year-round and offers a multitude of activities: In winter, enjoy the Seignus resort, 5 minutes away, ideal for family skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, and snowshoeing. For more experienced skiers, the La Foux resort is just 10 minutes away, and is connected to the Pra-Loup resort. In summer, explore Lake Allos, the largest natural high-altitude lake in Europe. Children will love the treetop adventure course and pony rides, while the more athletic can venture out on mountain bikes or canyoning. The whole family will enjoy the leisure center, located a 5-minute walk from the apartment, with its natural water lake and water slide, tennis courts, and a multitude of sports activities. Finally, the beautiful village of Allos will charm you with its authenticity, its markets, its mountain specialties, and its year-round entertainment.

We don't live on-site, so check-in is self-contained with a key box, and we're available for any questions you may have during your stay. Our cleaning and linen service provider lives in the village and can help you if needed.

If you do not wish to do the cleaning, you can inform us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can hire a specialized company. The fee is €30, payable through Airbnb.

If you would like to rent sheets and towels, we will provide you with the contact details of our partner. They offer a sheet and towel package for 2 people for €24 per week including VAT. The package includes: 1 fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover, 2 large and 2 small towels. Tea towels and bath mats are not included.
